Abstract

The research is to determine the effect of individual competence , work motivation, and financial to employee performance in Jakarta Eye Hospital @ Menteng out patient unit. The research sampel is 81 people. Sample determination considers satumted sampling while research data analysis uses software SPSS Ver 22. The results of this study indicate that individual competence has positive influence on employee performance, work motivation has positive influence on employee performance, financial has positive influence on employee performance. Individual competence, work motivation, and financial together influence on employee performance in Jakarta Eye Hospital @ Menteng out patient unit. Variable that most significantly influence employee performance of Jakarta Eye Hospital @ Menteng out patient unit is work motivation. Kaywards : individual competence, work motivation, compensation, and employee performance. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi individu, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja pegawai di Rumah Sakit Mata Jakarta Eye Center @ Menteng unit rawat jalan. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 81 orang. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan sofware SPSS Ver 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa kompetensi individu berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompensasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai. Serta kompetensi individu, motivasi kerja, dan kompensasi berpengaruh secara bersamaan terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Mata Jakarta Eye Center @ Menteng unit rawat jalan. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit Mata Jakarta Eye Center @ Menteng unit rawat jalan adalah motivasi kerja.
