Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin kerja, motivasi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan Sampling jenuh adalah teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel sebanyak 48 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan tehadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dan budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan siginifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Disiplin kerja, Motivasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan This study aims to analyze the effect of working discipline, motivation and organizational culture on employee performance. The sampling metode using saturated sampling is a sampling technique if all members of the population are used as a sample of 48 employees. Data colletion methods using survey methods, the research instrument is a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that working discipline support has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
