Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi organisasi, konflik kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Indo Grafika. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Prima Indo Grafika. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 50 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan variabel komunikasi organisasi berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, konflik kerja berpengaruh posistif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kesejateraan karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart-PLS. Oleh karena itu hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama antara variabel komunikasi organisasi, konflik kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Prima Indo Grafika. Kata kunci: komunikasi organisasi, konflik kerja, kesejahteraan karyawan kinerja karyawan. This study was to determine the effect of organizational communication, work conflict, employee welfare on performance of employees of PT. Prima Indo Grafika. The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Prima Indo Grafika. This study was conducted on 50 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. The results of this study show that the organizational communication variable has a significant positive effect on performance, work conflict has a significant positive effect on performance and employee welfare has a significant positive effect on performance. The approach used in this study is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with a Smart-PLS analysis tool. Therefore the results of this research test state that there is a joint effect between organizational communication, work conflict, employee welfare on performance of employees of PT.
