Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan back office Rumah Sakit Pluit. Objek penelitian ini adalah back office Rumah Sakit Pluit yang berlokasi di Jl Raya Pluit Selatan No.2 Penjaringan, Jakarta Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan back office yang berjumlah 46 karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kausal dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan hasil nilai original sampel sebesar 0,753 dan nilai T statstic sebesar 11,567 > 1,96. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan hasil nilai original sampel sebesar 0,23 dan nilai T statistic sebesar 2,648 > 1,96. Kata kunci : budaya organisasi, disiplin kerja, kepuasan kerja This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and work discipline on job satisfaction of back office employees at Pluit Hospital. The object of this research is the back office of Pluit Hospital, located on Jl Raya Pluit Selatan No.2, Penjaringan, North Jakarta. The population in this study were back office employees, amounting to 46 employees. This research is a causal study using a quantitative approach. The sampling method uses saturated sampling. Data collection method is done through a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square(PLS). The results of this study indicate that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, this can be seen from the result of the hypothesis test showing the results of the original sample value of 0.753 and the T-satistic value of 11.567 > 1.96. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, this can be seen from the results of the hypothesis test showing the results of the original sample value of 0.23 and the T-statistic value of 2.648 >1.96.
