Abstract

Educational toys that are developing at this time are quite varied, from the introduction of numbers, letters, shapes, animals and others. Child development in this digital era has become more advanced and it is very easy to know the names of a form, and therefore educational toys for children are needed that can introduce something deeper with human life. Three dimensional puzzle house traditional house is a means of while playing while learning for elementary school students who have received Geography courses that they receive in grades 4-6 with ages 10-12 years, learning with this tool is nothing but providing opportunities for students to get to know kinds of traditional houses playing using puzzles. Three dimensional house puzzle toys that already exist use materials such as solid foam while the advantages of the products that have been made by the author have the form of a three-dimensional puzzle of traditional houses made from mdf wood. The disadvantages of mdf wood are easily brittle if exposed to water or have a temperature humidity level in the room. In addition, the box has an Indonesian map puzzle with a large size of 40 x 80 cm, made of mdf wood with each puzzle having a magnetic sheet sheet so that the puzzle is not easily separated. The manual cutting machine becomes the main tool for cutting the traditional house. Therefore, the author made a three-dimensional puzzle educational toy introduction to the archipelago's traditional house for elementary school students, so students can learn sambal playing. Keywords: Three dimensional Puzzle, Elementary School Students, Archipelago Traditional Houses Mainan edukatif yang berkembang saat ini cukup bervariatif, dari mulai pengenalan angka, huruf, bentuk, binatang dan lain-lain. Perkembangan anak di era digital ini menjadi lebih maju dan sangat mudah untuk mengetahui nama-nama suatu bentuk , maka dari itu dibutuhkan mainan edukasi untuk anak yang dapat memperkenalkan sesuatu lebih dalam dengan kehidupan sehari-hari manusia. Mainan puzzle tiga dimensi rumah adat merupakan sarana bermain sambil belajar untuk siswa sekolah dasar yang telah menerima mata pelajaran Geografi yang mereka terima di kelas 4-6 dengan usia 10-12 tahun, belajar dengan alat bantu ini tidak lain adalah memberikan kesempatan kepada siswa untuk mengenal macam rumah adat sambal bermain menggunakan puzzle. Mainan puzzle rumah tiga dimensi yang telah ada menggunakan bahan seperti busa padat sedangkan Kelebihan produk yang telah di buat oleh penulis memiliki bentuk puzzle tiga dimensi rumah adat yang berbahan kayu mdf. Kelemahan dari kayu mdf ini mudah rapuh jika terkena air atau memiliki kadar kelembapan suhu pada ruangan. Selain itu, pada bagian box memiliki puzzle peta Indonesia dengan ukuran besar yaitu 40 x 80 cm, yang terbuat dari kayu mdf dengan setiap puzzle memiliki alas magnet lembaran agar puzzle tersebut tidak mudah lepas. Mesin cutting manual menjadi sebuah alat utama untuk pemotongan rumah adat tersebut. Maka dari itu penulis membuat sebuah karya mainan edukasi puzzle tiga dimensi pengenalan rumah adat nusantara untuk siswa sekolah dasar, agar siswa dapat belajar sambal bermain.
