Abstract

To get human resources in accordance with company needs, it is necessary to measure the workload so that employees can optimally carry out their work. Soekarno Hatta Airport Water Treatment Unit is one of the units that is trusted to carry out maintenance and repair activities for clean water installations in all areas of Soekarno Hatta airport. The work pattern of the water treatment unit is 2 shifts, namely morning shift, night shift then 2 days off with 12 hours of work time. The 2-shift work pattern was implemented to increase prime service for airport customers to achieve minimal complaints, but in fact there are still complaints and their resolution is quite long. Based on this, it is necessary to conduct further research on the calculation of workload in order to find out the state of the actual workload received when carrying out maintenance activities. The method used to calculate the workload in the Soekarno Hatta Airport Water Treatment unit is the Full Time Equivalent method. The purpose of this study is to determine how much workload in carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance activities and to find out how many optimal employees are in implementing preventive and corrective maintenance. The results of this study are the amount of workload received by each employee is different. For supervisors experiencing underload and normal, while for engineers experiencing overload, for the optimal number of employees in carrying out unit service activities. Water treatment for each service, namely with 1 supervisor and 3 engineers in each maintenance activity. Keywords: Workload, Employee, Maintenance, Full Time Equivalent Untuk Mendapatkan SDM yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan maka dibutuhkan pengukuran beban kerja sehingga karyawan dapat optimal dalam menjalankan pekerjaanya. Unit Water Treatment Bandara Soekarno Hatta merupakan salah satu unit yang dipercaya untuk melakukan kegiatan perawatan instalasi air bersih di seluruh area bandara soekarno Hatta. Pola kerja unit water treatment 2 shift yaitu shift pagi, shift malam kemudian libur 2 hari dengan waktu kerja selama 12 jam. Pola kerja 2 shift diberlakukan untuk meningkatkan pelayan prima terhadap pelanggan bandara untuk mencapai minim complain, namun pada kenyataanya masih terdapat complain dan penyelesaiannya yang cukup lama. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, perlu diadakan penelitian lebih lanjut terhadap perhitungan beban kerja agar dapat mengetahui keadaan beban kerja yang sebenarnya diterima ketika melakukan kegiatan maintenance. Metode yang digunakan untuk melakukan perhitungan beban kerja di unit Water Treatment Bandara Soekarno Hatta adalah metode Full Time Equivalent. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui berapa jumlah beban kerja dalam melaksanakan kegiatan preventive dan corrective maintenance dan mengetahui berapa jumlah karyawan optimal dalam melaksanakan preventive dan corrective maintenance. Hasil dari penelitian ini jumlah beban kerja yang diterima setiap karyawan berbeda beda. Untuk supervisor mengalami underload dan normal, sedangkan untuk engineer mengalami overload, untuk jumlah karyawan optimasl dalam melaksanakan kegiatan dinas unit Water treatment setiap dinas yaitu dengan 1 supervisor dan 3 engineer dalam setiap kegiatan maintenance.
