Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemudahan penggunaan, harga dan citra merek terhadap minat beli tiket di Traveloka. Responden penelitian ini adalah konsumen yang berminat membeli tiket di Traveloka. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 136 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara uji t kemudahan penggunaan, harga dan citra merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap beli tiket di Traveloka pada mahasiswa Mercu Buana. Kata kunci : Kemudahan Penggunaan, Harga, Citra Merek, Minat Beli. The research aims to identity the influence of ease of use, price and brand image to interest in buying tickets at Traveloka . The respondends of this research are the consumers who are interested in buying tickets at Traveloka. This research was conducted with 136 respondents by using quantitative approach. SEM-PLS have employed in data analysis. The results of this study indicate that ease of use, price and brand image the haven been significantly interest in buying tickets at Traveloka.
