Abstract
Construction Company which is one of the EPC contractors, which is currently a subcontractor in the Tangguh Expansion Project. Now, there are 4 suppliers to meet the needs of concrete steel materials. Success in carrying out projects on time, costs, and quality that has been planned is one of the most important goals for owners and contractors. Project implementation that is not according to plan can cause project delay. Then the supplier performance assessment is needed based on predetermined criteria so that the project runs according to plan. Supplier performance evaluation is measured by the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method and measurement of supplier performance scores based on company data that will be calculated together with the results of ANP weighting and identification of sub-criteria with the Traffic Light System. The final goal of the research is to get a supplier with the highest performance appraisal results, namely PT. LEG with ANP assessment results of 4.68% and supplier performance value of 98.25%, with Traffic Light System result yellow indicator is on time delivery (0.7333) Keywords: Contruction, EPC, Steel Bar, Supplier Evaluation, Analytic Network Process, Traffic Light System Perusahaan Konstruksi yang merupakan salah satu kontraktor EPC, yang saat ini merupakan subkontraktor dalam Tangguh Expansion Project. Saat ini terdapat 4 supplier untuk memenuhi kebutuhan material besi beton. Keberhasilan dalam menjalankan proyek tepat waktu, biaya, serta mutu yang telah direncanakan adalah salah satu tujuan terpenting bagi pemilik dan kontraktor. Pelaksanaan proyek yang tidak sesuai dengan rencana, dapat mengakibatkan keterlambatan proyek. Maka diperlukan penilaian kinerja supplier berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan agar proyek berjalan sesuai rencana. Penilaian kinerja supplier diukur dengan metode Analytic Network Process (ANP) dan pengukuran skor kinerja supplier berdasarkan data perusahaan yang akan diperhitungkan bersama dengan hasil pembobotan ANP dan pengidentifikasian subkriteria dengan Traffic Light System. Tujuan akhir penelitian adalah mendapatkan supplier dengan hasil penilaian kinerja tertinggi, yaitu PT. LEG dengan hasil penilaian ANP sebesar 4,68% dan nilai performansi supplier sebesar 98,25%, dengan hasil Traffic Light System indikator kuning yaitu ketepatan waktu pengiriman (0,7333) Kata kunci : Konstruksi, EPC, Besi Beton, Evaluasi Supplier, Analytic Network Process, Traffic Light System
