Abstract

In many ways, a decision making is very crucial and must be thought carefully, because the results of the decision making will have an effect or result in the form of positive and negative sides. In an organization, whether it is for-profit or not, for example, for SMEs, too fast decision-making will sometimes have a negative impact on the company, so time for decision makers tends to take time. The pasta bomb in this case wants to open a new branch and already has several options, but due to the epidemic of COVID-19, an additional objectivity is needed to become a measuring tool for taking. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method is a systemic method that can help users to make decisions from several alternatives by looking at the calculation results in which each criterion in question for the alternative options has been weighted. By using EXPERT CHOICE Software, now it can help MSMEs, one of which is Pasta Bomb, to get that additional objective. The best alternative location based on the total weight value of eugen vector is puri indah with 0.392 as the top hierarchical value of the other 4, namely in the order of Kemanggisan locations; Kebon Jeruk; Tanjung Duren; Puri Kembangan with a total inconsistency of 0.05. Keywords: decision making, site selection, AHP method, ExpertChoice software Dalam berbagai hal sebuah pengambilan keputusan merupakan hal yang sangat krusial dan harus dipikirkan dengan matang, karena dari hasil pengambilan keputusan itu akan memunculkan efek atau hasil yang berupa sisi positif dan juga negatif. Dalam sebuah organisasi dari yang berorientasi profit maupun tidak, misalnya UMKM pengambilan keputusan yang terlalu cepat terkadang akan berakibat buruk pada perusahaannya maka waktu untuk pengambilang keputusan cenderung membutuhkan waktu. Pasta bomb pada hal ini ingin membuka cabang baru dan sudah memiliki beberapa opsi namun dikarenakan keadaan COVID-19 yang mewabah dibutuhkan sebuah objektifitas tambahan untuk menjadi alat ukur pengambilan. Metode Analithcal Hierarchy Proccess (AHP) merupakan suatu metode sistemik yang dapat membantu penggunanya untuk pengabilan keputusan dari beberapa alternatif yang ada dengan melihat hasil perhitungan yang mana tiap kriteria yang bersangkutan atas alternatif pilihan telah diberi bobot. Dengan menggunakan Software EXPERT CHOICE kini dapat membantu UMKM salah satunya Pasta Bomb untuk mendapatkan objektifitas tambahan itu. Lokasi alternatif terbaik yang berdasarkan nilai bobot total eugen vector adalah puri indah dengan 0,392 sebagai nilai hierarki teratas dari 4 lainnya yaitu secara urutan lokasi Kemanggisan ; Kebon Jeruk ; Tanjung Duren ; Puri Kembangan dengan total inkonsistensi 0,05.
