Abstract

CV. Nurul Laundry is a company specialized in washing jeans both male and female jeans both adults and children, in the CV. Nurul Laundry workers have to take off their footwear for safety and cleanliness, besides that the company operates almost 24 hours to reach the target orders for their services, but there are few problems with the CV layout. Nurul Laundry, which causes workers to pass through the boiler area and walk without footing, as well as loading and unloading land jostling goods with a motorized parking area, by redesigning the facility layout using the Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) method is expected to solve the problem by creating a Flow Process Chart (FPC), Activity Relation Chart (ARC), Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), Calculate Floor Area, Space Relation Diagram (SRD), Block Layout, and Create a New Alternative. From the research results obtained a new layout that does not require workers to pass through the boiler area and the place of loading and unloading of goods far from the parking area and the distance of trousers moving down from a total of 112.93 meters to 74.21 meters Keywords: systematic layout planning, redesigning facility layout, alternative layout CV. Nurul Laundry merupakan tempat usaha pencucian celana khusus jeans baik itu jeans pria maupun wanita baik itu dewasa ataupun anak-anak, didalam CV. Nurul Laundry pekerja harus melepas alas kaki demi keamanan dan kebersihan, selain itu perusahaan ini beroperasi hampir 24 jam untuk mencapai target pesanan atas jasa mereka, namun ada sedikit masalah dengan layout CV. Nurul Laundry yang menyebabkan pekerja harus melewati area boiler dan berjalan tanpa beralaskan kaki serta lahan loading dan unloading barang berdesakan dengan area parkir motor, dengan merancang ulang tata letak fasilitas dengan metode Systematic Layout Planning (SLP) diharapkan dapat menyelesaikan masalah tersebut dengan cara membuat Flow Process Chart (FPC), Activity Relation Chart (ARC), Activity Relationship Diagram (ARD), Luas Lantai, Space Relation Diagram (SRD), Blok Layout, dan Membuat Alternatif baru. Dari hasil penelitian yang diperoleh didapatkan layout baru yang tidak mengharuskan pekerja melewati area boiler dan tempat loading dan unloading barang jauh dari area parkiran serta jarak perpindahan jeans turun dari total sejauh 112.93 Meter menjadi 74.21 Meter Kata Kunci: systematic layout planning, tata letak fasilitas, layout alternatif.
