Abstract
As a company engaged in construction services, in its business process PT XYZ experiences problems in project material procurement activities. Material unavailability caused by constraints in the procurement process will cause losses to the company because it causes delays in project work. The House of Risk (HOR) method helps companies to identify risk events and their causative agents, and design mitigation actions to deal with the agents that cause these risks. This method consists of two stages, namely HOR phase 1 which functions to identify risks and causes of risk, and HOR phase 2 which functions to identify risk treatments. HOR phase 1 shows that in the product procurement process at PT XYZ there are 17 risk events and 18 causes of risk. In the calculation of the ARP and the use of the Pareto diagram, there are two causes of dominant risk in PT XYZ. In phase 2 HOR, the results were 8 risk management strategies for 2 causes of dominant risk. Keywords : House of Risk, Procurement of Project Materials, Risk. Sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa konstruksi, dalam proses bisnisnya PT XYZ mengalami kendala dalam aktivitas pengadaan material proyek. Ketidaktersediaan material yang diakibatkan oleh adanya kendala pada proses pengadaan akan menimbulkan kerugian pada perusahaan karena menyebabkan keterlambatan pengerjaan proyek. Metode House of Risk (HOR) membantu perusahaan untuk mengidentifikasi kejadian risiko dan agen penyebabnya, serta merancang aksi mitigasi untuk menanggunangi agen penyebab timbulnya risiko tersebut. Metode ini terdiri dari dua tahap yaitu HOR fase 1 yang berfungsi untuk identifikasi risiko dan penyebab risiko, dan HOR fase 2 yang berfungsi untuk mengidentifikasi penanganan risiko. HOR fase 1 menunjukan bahwa pada proses pengadaan produk di PT XYZ terdapat 17 kejadian risiko dan 18 penyebab risiko. Pada perhitungan ARP serta penggunaan diagram pareto diperoleh dua penyebab risiko dominan di PT XYZ. Pada HOR fase 2 didapatkan hasil 8 strategi penanganan risiko untuk 2 penyebab risiko dominan.
