Abstract
This study aims to explore the impact of financial factor and non financial factor on profitability, this study take 12 firms of food and drink sub sector listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2013-2017. This study tests hypothesis that working capital, working capital turnover, liquidity, sales growth, firm age, and firm size has partially significant effects on profitability. In the regression analysis, it is found that working capital turnover has statistically significant positive effects on profitability; while working capital, liquidity, sales growth, company age, and company size have statistically not significant effects on profitability. Thus, working capital turnover is functioning as the key determinant of profitability firms of food and drink sub sector in Indonesia. Key words : Profitability, Working Capital, Working Capital Turnover, Liquidity, Sales Growth, Firm Age, Firm Size Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Pengaruh Faktor Keuangan dan Non Keuangan Terhadap Profitabilitas, penelitian ini mengambil sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI), untuk periode tahun 2013 sampai 2017. Penelitian ini mempunyai hipotesis bahwa modal kerja, perputaran modal kerja, likuiditas, pertumbuhan penjualan, umur perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi ditemukan bahwa perputaran modal kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas; sedangkan modal kerja, likuiditas, pertumbuhan penjualan, umur perusahaan, dan ukuran perusahaan tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Oleh karena itu, perputaran modal kerja merupakan faktor penentu profitabilitas pada perusahaanperusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman di Indonesia.
