Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of discipline, motivation and work environment on Police officers’ performance in Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota. The study was a quantitative research using survey method and was taken during 2017 – Juni 2018. The population in this study was 94 Police Officer’ at Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota by using saturated sampling method. Data collected by distributing questionnaires. The Number of respondents who returned questionnaire as many as 94. The method of analysis used a linier multiple regression by the help of SPSS 24.0 for Windows. The results showed that discipline, motivation and work environment have positive and significant impact on Police Officers’ performance in Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota either simultaneously and partially. Keywords: Discipline, Motivation and Work Environment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh disiplin, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja personil Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota. Penelitian ini mengunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey. Populasi penelitian meliputi 94 orang personil Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota dengan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Jumlah responden yang mengembalikan kuesioner sebanyak 94 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan SPSS 24.0 untuk Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Polisi di Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota baik secara simultan maupun parsial.
