Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress and organizational climate on burnout. Samples were collected directly from respondents by giving questionnaires and using saturated sample methods. This model is tested using a sample of 127 employees from the telemarketing division of PT. Bank Danamon Jakarta. Job stress variables have a positive effect on burnout with a regression coefficient of 0.473 and have an influence with the value of R Square of 0.091 or 9.1%. While the organizational climate variable has a negative influence on burnout with a regression coefficient of (-0.358) and has an influence with the value of R Square of 0.193 or equal to 19.3%. From this study shows that work stress and organizational climate have a significant effect on burnout with a significance of 0,000 <0,05 and has a R Square value of 0,199, which means that the independent variables affect burnout by 19,9% and the remaining 80,1% is influenced by other factors outside of this study. Keywords: work stress, organizational climate, burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stress kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap burnout. Sampel dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan memberikan kuesioner dan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Model ini duji menggunakan sampel sebanyak 127 karyawan dari divisi telemarketing PT. Bank Danamon Jakarta. Variabel stres kerja memiliki pengaruh positif terhadap burnout dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,473 dan memiliki pengaruh dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,091 atau sebesar 9,1%. Sedangkan variabel iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh negative terhadap burnout dengan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar (-0,358) dan memiliki pengaruh dengan nilai R Square sebesar 0,193 atau sebesar 19,3%. Dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja dan iklim organisasi mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap burnout dengan signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan memiliki nilai R Square sebesar 0,199, yang berarti bahwa variabel independent mempengaruhi burnout sebesar 19,9% dan sisanya 80,1% dipengaruhi oleh factor lain diluar penelitian ini.
