Abstract
Pressure Regulator Shutoff Valve (PRSOV) is a component that regulate bleed air flow to aircraft pneumatic system. In the operation, PRSOV tend to have pressure leak and broken before the maintenace schedule. The purpose of this research is to find the time between failure, causes of the leak and solving the leak of PRSOV. Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) is used to solve those problem, those method contain system analysis, FMEA, Logic Tree Analysis, and the proposed maintenance. The result of Time between Failure on Part Number 3214552-5, Serial Number 3423 is 1098,297 hours, Serial Number 510C is 503,018 hours, on Serial Number 3501 is 1753,155 hours, and Serial Number 3869 is 1999,6 hours. Based on FMEA calculation, Patero Diagram that caused leak on PRSOV is damage on packing, cover actuator, ring actuator, shaft seal, and spring casing low downstream and low pressure on PRSOV. Proposed maintenance on broken packing is replacing it with new packing. On cover actuator is bore mating and replace packing. Inspection on ring actuator should be done at groove mating and replacement on ring set. Replacement should be done at spring and shaft seal if they are broken. Pressure Regulator Shutoff Valve (PRSOV) merupakan komponen yang mengatur aliran bleed air ke sistem pneumatic pesawat. Dalam operasinya PRSOV mengalami masalah dalam hal kebocoran pressure dan mengalami kerusakan sebelum dilakukan jadwal maintenance. Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui time beetween failure, penyebab kebocoran dan cara mengetahui penyelesaian kebocoran PRSOV. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) dimana di dalam metode tersebut terdapat Analisis pada sistem, FMEA, Logic Tree Analisys dan pemilihan tindak pemeliharaan yang sesuai. Kesimpulan penelitian didapat Time between failure pada PRSOV dengan Part Number 3214552-5, pada Serial Number 3423 adalah 1098,297 hours, Serial Number 510C adalah 503,018 hours, Serial Number 3501 adalah 1753,155 hours, dan Serial Number 3869 adalah 1999,6 hours. Berdasarkan perhitungan FMEA, Diagram Pareto yang menjadi permasalahan pada kebocoran pada PRSOV adalah kerusakan pada packing, cover actuator, ring actuator, shaft seal dan spring yang menyebabkan downstream rendah dan low pressure pada PRSOV. Proposed maintenance pada kerusakan packing yaitu pergantian packing baru. cover actuator yaitu inspeksi bore mating dan juga pergantian packing. Ring actuator juga dilakukan inspeksi pada groove mating dan pergantian ring set, pergantian dengna komponen baru juga dilakukan ketika shaft seal dan spring rusak.
