Abstract
The purpose of this study was to know the influence of Capital Structure, Growth, and Liquidity to firm value. The study focused on food and beverages company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during 2013-2017. The study used purposive sampling method in order to collect the sample. Based on certain criteria, there was 14 food and beverages company that matched with the sample. The statistical method used in this study was multiple regression, F-test and T-test. The result of this study showed that liquidity has the significant effect to the firm value.But, capital structure and growth has not the significant effect to the firm value. Keyword: Capital Structure, Growth, Liquidty, Firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sampel yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dari perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2013-2017. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang memenuhi kriteria sebanyak 70 sampel. Metode statistik menggunakan analisis regresi berganda, dengan pengujian hipotesis uji F dan uji T. Hasil pengujian statistik menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen likuiditas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan struktur modal dan pertumbuhan perusahaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan.
