Abstract
This study aims to determine how the influence of motivation, destination image and destination trust of the millennial generation on the decision to visit the National Museum. Museums in Indonesia provide great potential for public education. However, there are still many people who consider museums to be impressed only as a place to store historical items and a place to collect items that have high artistic value, especially the millennial generation (Y). Most of the millennial generation (Y) were born in 1980-2000, the characters of this generation are always bound.They usually like to travel to some places.The number of samples in this study amounted to 155 people who are taken using Hair’s Theory. The data collection technique is done by distributing questionnaires based on a Likert scale which are tested for their validity and reliability. The results of this study indicate that motivation, destination image, destination trust have a significant effect. influence visiting decisions. Keywords : Motivation, Citra Destinasi, Destination Trust Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh motivasi, citra destinasi dan kepercayaan destinasi generasi milenial terhadap keputusan berkunjung ke Museum Nasional. Museum di Indonesia memberikan potensi besar bagi pendidikan masyarakat. Namun, masih banyak masyarakat yang menganggap museum terkesan hanya sebagai tempat menyimpan barang-barang bersejarah dan tempat mengoleksi barang-barang yang memiliki nilai seni tinggi, khususnya generasi milenial (Y). Generasi milenial (Y) sebagian besar lahir pada tahun 1980- 2000, karakter generasi ini selalu terikat, biasanya suka bepergian ke suatu tempat. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 155 orang yang diambil dengan menggunakan Hair's Theory . Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan angket berbasis skala likert yang diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi, citra destinasi, kepercayaan destinasi berpengaruh signifikan. memengaruhi keputusan berkunjung.
