Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetukan pengaruh dari Sistem Informasi Akuntansi dan Pengendalian Internal terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di salah satu perusahaan yang terdapat di Indonesia seperti perusahaan xyz. Populasi pada sampel ini adalah karyawan yang terdapat pada perusahaan xyz (perusahaan yang disamarkan). Desain/metode/pendekatan-jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian kerja lapangan dan contoh dari kegunaan teknik purposive sampling. Metode dengan mengambil data dokumentasi Teknik yang mana data tersebut diperoleh dari pengolahan data SPSS. Dengan purposive sampling, peneliti memperoleh data 38 responden dari 40 karyawan yang terdapat di perusahaan industry dalam memenhi kriteriadari penelitian. Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah kinerja karyawan, dan variabel independen sistem informasi akuntansi dan penelitian internal. Dari hasil ini, sistem informasi akuntansi, kontrol internal, dan peluang pertumbuhan secara simultan mempengaruhi penerapan konservatisme akuntansi dalam barang-barang konsumen. Temuan- Ditemukan bahwa semua faktor yang diidentifikasi adalah prediktor kinerja karyawan dan hubungan rekan kerja. Keterlibatan karyawan memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Kinerja karyawan, sistem informasi akuntansi, pengendalian internal. ABSTRACT Purpose-This study tried to determine the effect of accounting information systems and internal controls on employee performance This research was conducted in one of the companies found in Indonesia such as a xyz company. the population in this sample is the employee in the xyz company (companies are comouflaged). companies in accordance with the criteria of the study. The dependent variable is employee performance, and the independent variables accounting information system and internal control. From these results, accounting information system, internal control, and growth opportunity simultaneously affect the application of accounting conservatism in consumer goods. Findings- It was found that all the identified factors were predictors of employee performance and co-worker relationship. Employee engagement had significant impact on employee performance. Practical Implication- focus and effort is required specifically on the factors Accounting information system and Internal control as they have shown significantly higher impact on employee engagement and hence employee performance. Originality/value - The determine of employee engagement connote a healthy working atmosphere that reflects on the social impact created by the organisation. Employees would enjoy considerable attention in terms of the determinants being addressed. Keywords: Performance employee, accounting information system, internal control.
