Abstract

Improved performance in the company / organization is needed to be able to produce good performance. The author wants to look more at what factors can affect employee performance, where the authors limit the factors of organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction. This type of research uses quantitative with a population of 80 Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational School teachers with a saturated sample technique. This research was conducted quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis method with t statistical test hypothesis test. The results found in this study are organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction which have a positive and significant effect on the Teacher Performance of Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational School. This means that the better the organizational culture, motivation and job satisfaction of the teacher, the better the performance of the Bina Insan Mandiri Vocational School teachers. Keywords: Organizational Culture, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Teacher Performance Peningkatan kinerja dalam Perusahaan/ Organisasi sangat diperlukan untuk dapat menghasilkan kinerja yang baik. Penulis ingin lebih mengetahui faktor apa yang dapat memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, dimana penulis membatasi fakor budaya organisasi, Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi Guru SMK Bina Insan Mandiri sebanyak 80 dengan teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini dilakukan secara kuantitatif dengan metode analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menguji hipotesis uji statistik t. Hasil yang ditemukan di dalam penelitian ini adalah budaya organisasi, Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Artinya, semakin baik budaya organisasi, Motivasi dan kepuasan kerja guru maka semakin baik juga kinerja guru terhadap sekolah SMK Bina Insan Mandiri. Kata Kunci : Budaya Organisasi, aamotivasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Kinerja Guru
