Abstract
Pasar Minggu Station (PSM) is a class 1 Railway Station located in Pasar Minggu, South Jakarta. The station which is located at a height of +36 meters is already included within the Jakarta Operational Region I and only serves the KRL Commuter Line route. This station has four railway lane. Lane 2 is used to head towards Bogor, While Lane 3 is used to head towards Manggarai. Lane 1 and 4 is used In general conduct a research needs a research method, so each step taken in the study can be carried out as expected. This research measures the extent of the quality of Pasar Minggu Station performance on passenger satisfaction by using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. From the results of the study the authors concluded that to improve services passengers are advised that PT. KAI to increase the area of the main activity building. The average level of passenger satisfaction with services from station facilities is (Satisfied) with a maximum weight of 3,545 from the highest value of 5 while the average value station performance (Good) with a maximum weight of 3,635 from the highest score of 5. Keyword : Pasar Minggu Station, Station capacity, Platform, Questionnaire Stasiun Pasar Minggu (PSM) merupakan stasiun kereta api kelas I yang terletak di Pasar Minggu, Jakarta Selatan. Stasiun yang terletak pada ketinggian +36 meter ini termasuk dalam Daerah Operasi I Jakarta dan hanya melayani rute KRL Commuter Line. Stasiun ini memiliki empat jalur kereta api. Jalur 2 digunakan untuk sepur lurus arah Bogor, sedangkan jalur 3 digunakan untuk sepur lurus arah Manggarai. Jalur 1 dan 4 digunakan sebagai sepur belok untuk persusulan antar kereta api. Dalam penelitian umumnya dilakukan denga suatu metode penelitian agar setiap langkah yang akan dilakukan dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Mengenai sampai sejauh mana kualitas kinerja Stasiun Pasar Minggu terhadap kepuasan penumpang digunakan metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Dari hasil penelitian penulis menyimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan pelayanan penumpang maka disarankan agar PT. KAI untuk menambah luas gedung kegiatan pokok. Rata – rata tingkat kepuasan penumpang terhadap pelayanan dari fasilitas stasiun yaitu (Puas) dengan bobot berkisar 3.545 dari skor tertinggi 5 sedangkan penilaian rata – rata kinerja stasiun (Baik) dengan bobot berkisar 3.635 dari skor tertinggi 5.
