Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of information technology utilization on the employee performance, the effect of competency on the employee performance, the effect of intrinsic motivation on the performance of employees, and the effect of information technology utilization, competency, and intrinsic motivation simultaneously to the performance of employees at the Directorate General of Legal Administration. This reserch used survey method while collected samples of 221 questionnaires. The data analysis used model test using LISREL application. The results showed that the variables information technology utilization, competency and intrinsic motivation partially positive and significant impact on performance of employees. The result of study indicate that the information technology utilization has positive effect on the employee performance, the competency has positive effect on the employee performance, the intrinsic motivation has positive effect on the employee performance. While simultaneously, all three endogenous variables (free) the information technology utilization, competency and intrinsic motivation and significant positive effect on the employee performance at Directorate General of Legal Administration. Keywords : utilization of information technology, competency, intrinsic motivation, and employee performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh kompetensi pegawai terhadap kinerja pegawai, pengaruh motivasi intrinsik terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi dan motivasi intrinsik secara simultan terhadap kinerja pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum umum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei, dengan sampel terkumpul 221 angket. Analisis data digunakan uji dengan aplikasi LISREL. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa variabel pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi maupun motivasi intrinsik secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positip terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positip terhadap kinerja pegawai, motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positip terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan secara simultan, ke tiga variabel endogen (bebas) pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, kompetensi dan motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Direktorat Jenderal Administrasi Hukum Umum.
