Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know and analyze the effect of job satisfaction and job evironment on Turnover Intention in PT The Cool employee. The population in this study were PT The Cool employee, whose population is known with 110 employee. Primary data is collected through questionnaires, secondary data were collected through literature study. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of hypothesis test showed that the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention and job environment variable has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention in pt the cool employee. Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Job Evironment, Turnover Intention Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan PT The Cool. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT The Cool, yang jumlah populasinya sudah diketahui dengan jumlah karyawan 110 orang. Data primer dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil pengujian hipotesis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada karyawan pt the cool. Kata kunci : Kepuasan Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Turnover Intention.
