Abstract

The Indonesian government recently issued SNI 1726-2019 which replaced SNI 1726-2012. According to (Sutjipto & Sumeru, 2019) geotechnical and structural experts argue that the value of the response spectrum design from hard soil to soft soils will increase sequentially. However, the application of the Fa and Fv site coefficient values at SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019 changes the order which is then called anomaly. Although the anomaly only occurs in the short-term response spectra (SDS) which seems to only affect low-rise buildings, in fact the impact can also affect high and medium-rise buildings due to the minimum basic shear force requirements, namely V = 0.044 SDS. Ie. W. This study aims to determine the comparison of basic seismic shear forces in multi-storey buildings based on SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 1726-2019. The results of the analysis show that the percentage increase in the shear force of a low-level building (2 floors) to a medium-level building (4 floors) has a more significant increase, namely 6.37% compared to the percentage increase in the shear force of a medium-level building (4 floors) to a high-rise building (16 floors). which is only 3%. So it is in accordance with Suradjin Sutjipto's statement that anomalies have more effect on lowrise buildings. Key words: Shear force, anomali, respons spektrum Pemerintah Indonesia baru – baru ini mengeluarkan SNI 1726-2019 yang menggantikan SNI 1726-2012. Menurut (Sutjipto & Sumeru, 2019) para ahli geoteknik dan struktural berpendapat bahwa besar nilai desain response spectrum dari tanah keras sampai dengan tanah lunak akan meningkat secara berurutan. Namun penerapan nilai koefisien situs Fa dan Fv pada SNI 1726-2012 dan SNI 1726-2019 mengubah urutan tersebut yang kemudian disebut dengan anomali. Meskipun anomali hanya terjadi pada respon spektra jangka pendek (SDS) yang sepertinya hanya berpengaruh pada bangunan tingkat rendah, tetapi sebenarnya dampaknya juga dapat mempengaruhi bangunan tingkat tinggi dan menengah karena persyaratan gaya geser dasar minimum yaitu V = 0.044 SDS . Ie . W. Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbandingan gaya geser dasar seismik pada gedung bertingkat berdasarkan SNI 1726-2012 dan SNI 1726-2019. Hasil analisis menunjukan presentase kenaikan gaya geser bangunan tingkat rendah (2 lantai) ke bangunan tingkat sedang (4 lantai) mengalami peningkatan yang lebih signifikan yaitu 6.37% dibandingkan presentase kenaikan gaya geser bangunan tingkat sedang (4 lantai) ke bangunan tingkat tinggi (16 lantai) yang hanya 3%. Sehingga sesuai dengan pernyataan Suradjin Sutjipto bahwa anomali lebih berpengaruh terhadap bangunan tingkat rendah. Kata kunci: Gaya geser, anomali, response spectrum
