Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Motivasi, Kepuasan Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan di PT. Foamindo Abadi. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu sampel jenuh. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 52 responden di PT. Foamindo Abadi. Untuk menguji validitas dan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan aplikasi Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan Smart Partial Least Square 3.0 (PLS) dan SPSS 22. Hasil analisis menggunakan SEM menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis Motivasi dan Kepuasan kerja yang terdapat dalam penelitian berpengaruh signifikan dan hipotesis Disiplin Kerja yang terdapat dalam penelitian berpengaruh tidak signifikan. Kata kunci : motivasi, kepuasan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. ABSTRACT Purpose this research is to know the influence of Motivation, Job Satisfaction and discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Foamindo Abadi.. Sampling technique in this research is Saturated sampling. Respondents in this study are 52 at PT. Foamindo Abadi. To test the validity and hypothesis testing used the application of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Smart Partial Least Square 3.0 (PLS) and SPSS 22. The Results of analysis using PLS showed that Motivation and Job Satisfaction of the hypotheses have significant effect and The Results of analysis using PLS showed that discipline of the hypotheses have not significant effect.
