Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi, gaya kepemimpinan, dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 300 karyawan PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 75 karyawan, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan incidental sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunkan Statistical Package for Social Sience versi 21 (SPSS 21). Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Stres kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Motivasi, Gaya Kepemimpinan, Stres Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation, leadership style, and job stress for employee performance. Population in this research is 300 employees of PT Kabelindo Murni Tbk. The sample used is 75 employees, calculated based on Slovin Methods. The sampling method uses incidental sampling. This study proves that motivation has positive significant effect on employee performance. Leadership style has positive significant effect on employee performance.
