Abstract

The construction of the Jakarta Lebak Bulus Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Depot which is part of the Jakarta Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) Project which is expected to reduce congestion in the capital. The Jakarta Lebak Bulus Depot Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) construction project has been implemented since September 2016 by PT. Tokyu Construction Indonesia. In the implementation phase the Project has experienced delays in Work by 36%. The purpose and objectives of this research are as follows to find out the factors that cause delays in the implementation of the Lebak Bulus Jakarta Depot Mass Rapid Transit (MRT) project work and to find out the dominant factors causing the implementation of the project work to be hampered. The research was limited only to the location of the project, respondents came only from the contractor's side and only focused on the factors causing the delay. The data collection method used in this study is a questionnaire. Analysis of the data in this study using the SPSS Program. Based on the results of the study found that the cause of the delay in the project is the quality of the equipment used is not good, delays in procurement of equipment, delay in drawing shop approval and material approval. delays in equipment procurement are the most dominant factor causing delays.
