Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of workload, and compensation on employee job satisfaction. The population in this study were 24 employees of PT. Niaga Mitra Makmur. The sampling method is a saturated sampling technique. The method of collecting data uses a survey method, with the research instrument being a questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that workload has a negative and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Keywords: Workload, Compensation, Employee Satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh beban kerja, dan kompensasi terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 24 karyawan PT. Niaga Mitra Makmur. Metode penarikan sampel adalah teknik sampling jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Beban Kerja, Kompensasi, Kepuasan Kerja Karyawan
