Abstract
This study aims to analyze the queuing system to get optimum service at the PELNI Petamburan Hospital, Jakarta. The study population was patients at the Polyclinic PELNI Petamburan Hospital. The sample studied was BPJS Poly�Heart Patients Hospital PELNI Regular (non-Heritage) who visited for 6 working days by using non-probability purposive sampling technique. This study uses secondary data obtained from PELNI Petamburan Hospital information system. The data analysis method uses the Goodness of fit test to find out whether the average patient arrival time is Poisson distribution and the average patient service time is exponentially distributed. The results showed that the average waiting time of patients in the queue (Wq) and the average time of patients in the system (Ws) had met the hospital minimum service standards (SPMRS), while the average length of the queue (Lq) and the number of patients in the system (Ls) do not experience congestion because it is still below the waiting room capacity requirement. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sistem antrian untuk mendapatkan pelayanan yang optimum pada poliklinik Rumah Sakit PELNI Petamburan, Jakarta. Populasi penelitian adalah para pasien Poliklinik Rumah Sakit PELNI Petamburan. Sampel yang diteliti adalah para pasien BPJS Poli�Jantung Rumah Sakit PELNI Reguler (non-Heritage) yang berkunjung selama 6 hari kerja dengan menggunakan teknik non-probability purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari sistem informasi RS PELNI Petamburan. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji Goodness of fit untuk mengetahui apakah waktu kedatangan rata-rata pasien berdistribusi Poisson dan waktu pelayanan rata-rata pasien berdistribusi eksponensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu tunggu rata-rata pasien didalam antrian (Wq) dan waktu rata-rata pasien didalam sistem (Ws) telah memenuhi standar pelayanan minimum rumah sakit (SPMRS), sedangkan panjang rata-rata antrian (Lq) dan jumlah rata-rata pasien didalam sistem (Ls) tidak mengalami kepadatan karena masih dibawah kapasitas ruang tunggu yang tersedia. Kata Kunci: sistem antrian, waktu tunggu rata-rata pasien didalam antrian (Wq), waktu rata-rata pasien didalam sistem (Ws), panjang rata-rata antrian (Lq), jumlah rata-rata pasien didalam sistem (Ls).
