Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and workload on employee performance. The sample in this study is the entire population contained in PT. X Indonesia cleaning service division of the University of Mercu Buana that is as much as 70 respondents. Data collection techniques used in this study is a questionnaire method. Data analysis used in this research use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the partial compensation and workload variables have a positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Compensation, Workload, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang terdapat di PT. X Indonesia divisi cleaning service Universitas Mercu Buana yaitu sebanyak 70 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode angket/kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kompensasi dan beban kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompensasi, Beban Kerja, Kinerja
