Abstract
The research that I did was a simulation and analysis of box girder installation work on the Jakarta - Bandung High Speed Railway project using the Full Span Launcher method. This research was conducted due to several things, the first is because the target of box girder work which should have been completed by the end of November 2020 could not be achieved, so based on the agreement to re-schedule the work, the researcher wanted to try to simulate the work so that the results were obtained in the form of the required time duration. Second, because the full span launcher method is the first method used in Southeast Asia, especially in Indonesia, it is necessary to analyze whether it can meet the planned target time. The target to be sought is regarding how much productivity the full span launcher method is manifested in the total duration of work that can be generated to install 1 span which can then be measured and calculated the total work duration needed to complete the existing span. This method consists of 4 main tools, namely Rubber Gantry with capacity of 900 tons, Beam Transporter with capacity of 900 tons, Heavy Gantry Crane and heavy launcher. From the four tools, data will be taken in the form of cycle times from each tool movement from preparation to finishing work. Then from the data that has been taken, the data input is carried out into the CYCLONE based simulation program namely EZStrobe. From this simulation, it is found that 1 span of box girder can be done in a maximum of 6 hours. And the entire span in High Speed Railway Project (Section 1) can be completed in 8,4 months. Keywords: CYCLONE simulation, box girder work, EZStrobe, Stroboscope Penelitian yang Peneliti lakukan adalah simulasi dan analisis durasi waktu pekerjaan pemasangan box girder pada proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta – Bandung menggunakan metode Full Span Launcher. Penelitian ini dilakukan dikarenakan oleh beberapa hal, yang pertama karena target pekerjaan box girder yang seharusnya selesai pada akhir November 2020 tidak dapat tercapai, sehingga berdasarkan kesepakatan re-schedule pekerjaan tersebut, Peneliti ingin mencoba menyimulasikan pekerjaan sehingga didapatkan hasil berupa durasi waktu yang dibutuhkan. Yang kedua, dikarenakan metode full span launcher adalah metode yang pertama kali dilakukan di Asia Tenggara khususnya di Indonesia, maka perlu dilakukan analisis apakah dapat memenuhi target waktu yang telah direncanakan. Target yang akan dicari adalah menyangkut seberapa besar produktivitas dari metode full span launcher method yang diwujudkan dalam total durasi pekerjaan yang dapat dihasil untuk memasang 1 span yang selanjutnya dapat diukur dihitung total durasi pekerjaan yang dibutuhkan untuk menyelesaikan span yang ada. Metode ini terdiri dari 4 alat utama yaitu Rubber Tyred Gantry kapasitas 900 ton, Beam Transporter kapastias 900 ton, Heavy Gantry Crane dan Heavy Launcher. Dari keempat alat itu akan diambil data berupa waktu siklus dari masing-masing pergerakan alat dari pekerjaan persiapan hingga pekerjaan finishing. Kemudian dari data yang telah diambil dilakukan input data ke dalam program simulasi berbasis CYCLONE yakni EZStrobe. Dari simulasi tersebut didapatkan hasil 1 span box girder dapat diselesaikan dalam waktu maksimal 6 jam. Dan keseluruhan span yang ada di Proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta Bandung Section 1 dapat terselesaikan dalam waktu 8,4 bulan.
