Abstract

This study aims to measuring and analyze the influence of job satisfaction, Perceived Organizational Support (POS), and organizational climate through OCB of the employee of one of outsourcing company in Jakarta. Population of this study is all employees in the outsourcing company which is 72 respondent. The sampling techniques that used in this study is saturated sampling it means that all employees will be the object of research. Data were analyzed by linear regression method. The finding of this study are job satisfaction, POS, and organizational climate variabels has significant correlations to OCB. This study also show the most variable that influencing OCB is job satisfaction. Keywords: Job satisfaction, POS, Organizational Climate, and OCB.
