Abstract

Pet Center is a place that provides all kinds related to pets or pets ranging from equipment and needs of animals, animal care and animal health. Some of the facilities that are in the Pet center, in the form of Pet shop, pet hotel, pet grooming, and pet clinic, but in Jakarta itself some of the facilities are’t in a one place. Based on these problems, the authors will design a container that can accommodate all animal activities contained in a place consisting of a Pet shop, pet hotel, pet grooming, pet clinic, dog park & pool, pet trining, and education section where visitors can come to the education section to see the animals that are owned by Pet Kingdom and get education about pets. With the existence of this Pet center will add to the ease of each animal lover cat and dog. The writing method used by the author in the design of Pet Kingdom is the interview method, and data collection Analysis of buildings and literature, by finding problems and finding solutions to problem solving by designing a Pet center that meets the desires of visitors and owners of this pet center. By designing a place that provides all kinds of animal needs and animal health with the theme of Fun and learn in the style of Modern-Mid Century with the concept of Green environment that is made in one container. Pet Center merupakan suatu tempat yang menyediakan segala macam yang berkaitan dengan hewan kesayangan atau peliharaan mulai dari perlengkapan dan kebutuhan hewan, perawatan hewan serta kesehatan hewan. Beberapa fasilitas yang terdapat pada Pet center, berupa Pet shop, pet hotel, pet grooming, dan pet clinic, namun di Jakarta sendiri beberapa fasilitas tersebut tidak berada pada suatu tempat. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka penulis akan mendesain suatu wadah yang dapat mewadahi segala kegiatan hewan yang terdapat pada suatu tempat yang terdiri dari Pet shop, pet hotel, pet grooming, pet clinic, dog park & pool serta education section yang dimana pengunjung dapat datang ke education section melihat binatang-binatang yang di miliki oleh Pet Kingdom dan mendapatkan edukasi tentang hewan- hewan peliharaan. Dengan adanya Pet center ini akan menambahkan kemudahaan setiap penyayang hewan kucing dan kucing. Metode penulisan yang digunakan penulis dalam perancangan Pet Kingdom ini adalah dengan metode wawancara, dan pengumpulan data Analisa bangunan dan literatur, dengan menemukan permasalahanpermasalahan dan menemukan solusi penyelesaian masalah yaitu dengan medesain Pet center yang memenuhi keinginan pengunjung dan pemilik pet center ini. Dengan merancang sebuah tempat yang menyediakan segala macam kebutuhan hewan serta Kesehatan hewan dengan tema Fun and learn yang bergaya Modern- Mid century dengan konsep Green environment yang dijadikan dalam 1 wadah.
