Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior. The population in this study were 56 employees at the corporate implant division of PT AntaVaya Tour and Travel. The sample used is a saturated sample. The method of data collection uses survey methods, with research instruments being questionnaire. Data analysis method uses Partial Least Square. This study proves that transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with a R² Square value of 77,9% while 22,1% is explained by other variables outside of the study. Keyword: Transformational leadership, job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap organizational citizenship behavior. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 56 karyawan pada divisi implant corporate PT AntaVaya Tour and Travel. Sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrument penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa Kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap organizational citizenship behavior dengan nilai R² Square 77,9 % sedangkan 22,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar yang di teliti.
