Abstract
This study aims to analyze the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behaviour on the influences of Organizational Culture and Career Development on Employee Performance of Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja at DKI Jakarta. The total populations are 3441 permanent employees. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling and proportionally taken from the five DKI Jakarta areas. There are 98 questionnaires collected. Data are analyzed by using SEM-PLS with the help of SMART-PLS software version 3.2.7 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Culture does not significantly influence the Employee Performance, however Organizational Culture indirectly through its mediating Organizational Citizenship Behaviour significantly influences Employee Performance. Career Development significantly and positively influences Organizational Citizenship Behaviour and Employee Performance. The direct influence of Career Development on Employee Performance is more than twice its indirect influence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behaviour terhadap Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi dan Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja di DKI Jakarta. Jumlah populasi 3441 karyawan tetap. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dan diambil secara proporsional dari lima wilayah DKI Jakarta. Ada 98 kuesioner yang terkumpul. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan SEM-PLS dengan bantuan software SMART-PLS versi 3.2.7 for Windows. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, namun Budaya Organisasi secara tidak langsung melalui mediasi Organizational Citizenship Behaviour berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behaviour dan Kinerja Pegawai. Pengaruh langsung Pengembangan Karir terhadap Kinerja Pegawai lebih dari dua kali pengaruh tidak langsungnya.
