Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of communication, work stress, and organizational confidence on the job satisfaction of PT. Artha Infotama's employees. This research was conducted on 92 respondents using an associative quantitative approach. Analysis of the data used is structural equation modeling. The results showed that communication had a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job stress had a positive and significant on job satisfaction, Organizational trust had a positive and significant on job satisfaction, Keywords: Communication, Job Stress, Organizational Trust, Job Satisfaction Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, stres kerja, dan kepercayaan organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja PT. Karyawan Artha Infotama. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 92 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pemodelan persamaan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, stres kerja positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja, kepercayaan organisasi positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
