Abstract

This research is to know about the influence of compensation to employee turnover intention, about the influence of job satisfaction toward employee turnover intention. The object of this research is the contract employee working in PT Persada located in South Tanggerang This study was conducted on all contract employees amounting to 55 respondents. This research uses quantitative approach with the research design used is the design of causal research. The data taken is a questionnaire data to employees of PT Persada contract. The data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test with SPSS version 20 aplication. The result showed that the compensation variable had negative and insignificant effect on employee intention turnover and job satisfaction variable had negative and significant effect to turnover intention of PT Persada contract employee. Keywords: Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh kompensasi terhadap turnover intention karyawan, tentang pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan. Objek peneitian ini adalah karyawan kontrak yang bekerja di PT Persada yang berlokasi di Tanggerang Selatan Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap seluruh karyawan kontrak yang berjumlah 55 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah desain penelitian kausal. Data yang diambil merupakan data kuesioner terhadap karyawan kontrak PT Persada. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linier berganda dengan apikasi SPSS versi 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention karyawan kontrak PT Persada.
