Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Good Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital, Dividend Policy and Investment Decisions on Firm Value. The research design used is causal research. The sample is used by the Property and Real Estate sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2018 period. The data used is financial statements. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling method. From this method obtained 13 companies that meet the criteria and 49 companies in total during the five-year observation period. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Good Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital, Dividend Policy and Investment Decisions on Firm Value, Audit Committee, Independent Board of Commissioners, and Dividend Policy have a positive and significant effect on Firm Value, Intellectual Capital and Investment Decisions have no effect on Firm Value . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Good Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital, Kebijakan Dividen dan Keputusan Investasi terhadap Nilai Perusahaan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Sampel yang digunakan perusahaan sub-sektor Property and Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2014-2018. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan keuangan. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 13 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan total perusahaan 49 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan lima tahun. Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Good Corporate Governance, Intellectual Capital, Kebijakan Dividen dan Keputusan Investasi terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Komite Audit, Dewan Komisaris Independen, dan Kebijakan Dividen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, Intellectual Capital dan Keputusan Investasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
