Abstract

The purpose of This study aims to examine the effect of investment decisions, capital structure, and company growth on firm value. The population of this study is the property, real estate and building construction manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014 - 2017. The samples were selected using the purposive sampling method, based on predetermined criteria obtained by 16 companies that have been selected as samples. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that investment decisions and company growth have a positive and significant influence on firm value. While capital structures has no influence on company value. Keywords: Investation decision, Capital structure, Company growth, Firm value Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh keputusan investasi, struktur modal, dan pertumbuhan perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur sektor property, real estate, dan konstruksi bangunan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2014 – 2017. Sampel dipilih menggunakan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan diperoleh 16 perusahaan yang telah dipilih sebagai sampel. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keputusan investasi dan pertumbuhan perusahaan memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan struktur modal tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Keputusan investasi, Struktur modal, Pertumbuhan perusahaan, Nilai Perusahaan
