Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of work stress, work environment, and work discipline on employee work productivity. The population in this study were all employees of the production section of PT. Dolphin Food & Beverages Industry. The sample used is the entire population of 50 employees. The sampling method uses saturated samples by taking all employees who work in the production section of PT. Dolphin Food & Beverages Industry. The data collection method used survey method, with the research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis method using Partial Least Square. This study proves that job stress has a positive and insignificant effect on employee work productivity. The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee work productivity. Keywords: Work Stress, Work Environment, Work Discipline, Employee Work Productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh stres kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan bagian produksi PT. Dolphin Food & Beverages Industry. Sampel yang dipergunakan adalah semua populasi sebanyak 50 karyawan. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh dengan mengambil seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di bagian produksi PT. Dolphin Food & Beverages Industry. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survei, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan. Disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan.
