Abstract
Online learning is a learning suggestion that is currently being applied during the Covid-19 pandemic. There are many advantages and disadvantages of the current learning system. There are many deficiencies that eventually become an obstacle for students in carrying out their academic activities. It is the deficiencies in the learning system that ultimately makes students feel academic stres. Various pressures are given both from the system to the current situation as well as the university which requires students to be able to provide the best academic results in carrying out their academic activities. This makes students have to be able to apply self-regulated learning in maintaining their academic quality and in suppressing the academic stres they face in times like now. In this study, using non-probability sampling techniques with accidental sampling method. In this study, 232 respondents were collected, with 81 male respondents and 151 female respondents. This study used a pintrich self-regulated learning scale totaling 39 items with a value of (α) = .918 and a Gadzella academic stres scale of 19 items with a value (α) = .792 . The data obtained in this study using the Spearman's rho correlation resulted in data in the form of a correlation of (r) -.109 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.01) so that it can be concluded that there is a significant negatif relationship in the self-regulated learning variabel and student academic stres during the Covid-19 online learning period at X University in West Jakarta. So it can be interpreted that if the higher the self-regulated students are, the lower the academic stres that students have in online learning, then the lower the self-regulated students, the higher the student's academic stres in online learning Key Words : Self-Regulated Learning and Academic Stres Pembelajaran daring merupakan saran pembelajaran yang diterapkan saat ini dimasa pandemi Covid-19. Ada banyak kelebihan serta kekurangan dari sistem pembelajaran yang diterapkan saat ini. Banyak kekurangan yang akhirnya menjadi penghambat bagi mahasiswa dalam menjalankan kegiatan akademiknya. Kekurangan dalam sistem pembelajaran tersebutlah yang akhirnya membuat mahasiswa merasakan stres akademik. Berbagai tekanan yang diberikan baik dari sistem hingga situasi saat ini serta universitas yang mewajibkan mahasiswa untuk dapat memberikan hasil akademik yang terbaik dalam menjalankan kegiatan akademiknya. Hal ini membuat mahasiswa harus bisa menerapkan self-regulated learning dalam menjaga kualitas akademiknya serta dalam menekan stres akademik yang mereka hadapi dimasa seperti sekarang. Pada penelitian ini, menggunakan teknik non-probability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling. Pada penenlitian ini terkumpul sebanyak 232 responden dengan jumlah laki laki sebanyak 81 responden dan perempuan sebanyak 151 responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala self-regulated learning pintrich berjumlah 39 item dengan nilai(α) = .918 serta skala stres akademik gadzella sebanyak 19 item dengan nilai (α) = .792 . Data yang diperoleh pada penelitian ini dengan menggunakan korelasi Spearmans rho menghasilkan data berupa korelasi sebesar (r) -.109 dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,000 (p<0,01) sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan pada variabel selfregulated learning dan stres akademik mahasiswa dimasa pembelajaran daring Covid-19 pada Universitas X di Jakarta Barat. Maka dapat diartikan jika semakin tinggi self regulated pada mahasiswa maka, semakin rendah stres akademik yang dimiliki mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring lalu, semakin rendah self regulated mahasiswa maka, semakin tinggi stres akademik mahasiswa dalam pembelajaran daring.
