Abstract
This study was to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, competence and organizational culture on the performance of SMK Assa’adatul Abadiyah teachers. The object of this research is the teacher who works at SMK Assa’adatul Abadiyah. This research was conducted on 30 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Determination of sample size using a saturated sample technique that is taking the entire population. Data collection methods using survey methods, with the research instrument is a questionnaire. The approach used in this research is structural Equation Model (SEM) with Smart PLS analysis tools. This research proves that transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Competence does not significantly influence teacher performance. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. Keywords: Transformational Leadership, Competence, Organizational Culture, Teacher Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, kompetensi dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja guru SMK Assa’adatul Abadiyah. Objek penelitian ini adalah guru yang bekerja pada SMK Assa’adatul Abadiyah. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan ukuran sampel menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh yaitu mengambil keseluruhan populasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Model (SEM) dengan alat analisis Smart PLS. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kompetensi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru. Kata Kunci: Kepemimpinan Transformasional, Kompetensi, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Guru
