Abstract

Communities are generally formed because there are similarities, visions and missions owned by the people who join them. Bandung City National Entrepreneurs Network. The Association of Entrepreneurs with the objective of establishing Japnas, Helps the growth of the Indonesian economy, by purchasing our own products. Japnas Bandung was established in 2018. This research is how the communication pattern of the Bandung National Entrepreneur Network community in maintaining its existence. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. In research using communication patterns used are one-way communication, namely Japnas website, two-way media whatsapps group, and multi-directional communication occurs during face-to-face meetings such as annual events, branch meetings, annual meetings, iftar together, halal bi halal and meetings weekly / monthly. In addition, the Japnas in Bandung uses descriptive communication, prescriptive communication (Giving Instructions). Keywords: Communication Patterns, Community, Japnas Kota Bandung Komunitas pada umumnya terbentuk karena ada kesamaan, visi dan misi yang dimiliki para orang-orang yang bergabung didalamnya. Jaringan Pengusaha Nasional Kota Bandung. Perkumpulan Pengusaha yang Tujuan berdirinya Japnas, Membantu pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia, dengan Bela Beli Produk kita sendiri. Japnas kota Bandung pun berdiri pada tahun 2018. Penelitian ini Bagaimana pola komunikasi komunitas Jaringan Pengusaha Nasional kota Bandung dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian menggunakan pola komunikasi yang digunakan adalah komunikasi satu arah yaitu website japnas , dua arah media whatapps group, dan komunikasi multi arah terjadi pada saat pertemuan tatap muka seperti acara tahunan, Musyawarah Cabang, Rapat Tahunan, Buka Puasa Bersama, halal bi halal dan Rapat mingguan/bulanan. Selain itu, di dalam Japnas Kota Bandung menggunakan komunikasi deskriptif, komunikasi Preskriptif (Memberi Petunjuk). Kata kunci: Pola Komuniasi, Komunitas, Japnas Kota Bandung
