Abstract

This research was performed to test the effect of the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), BOPO (Biaya Operasional/Pendapatan Operasional), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) and Non-Performing Loan (NPL) toward the Return On Asset (ROA). The populations for this research were PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia, Tbk. financial condition which covered all financial activities that occurred. The numbers of samples were 32 of quarterly financial report data which selected through purposive sampling. The Analysis technique that would be used in this research was a multiple linear regression to obtain a thorough description of the relationship between one variable and others. The result of statistical calculation showed that CAR, BOPO, LDR and NPL variables gave significant effect on ROA. The t test result showed that CAR, BOPO and LDR gave negative and significant effect on ROA. Although, the NPL variable showed a positive direction it did not have a significant effect on the ROA variable. Key words: ROA, CAR, BOPO, LDR, NPL Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), BOPO (Biaya Operasional/Pendapatan Operasional), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) dan Non Performing Loan (NPL) terhadap Return On Asset (ROA).
