Abstract

The purpose of this study are: To determine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and price on purchase decision, to determine and analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, price, and purchase decision on customer satisfaction. Based on the overall presentation of statistical calculation analysis on structural model analysis and hypothesis testing that been done to medical device that belong to PT XYZ, it can be concluded that product quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision of medical device, the quality of service is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision of medical device. The price is proven to have a positive and significant effect on purchase decision of medical device. Product quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of medical device. Service quality is proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of medical device. Price is proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of medical device. Purchase decision is proven to have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of medical device. Keywords: Product quality, Service quality, Price, Purchase decision, Customer satisfaction Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian. Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas produk, kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan keputusan pembelian terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan keseluruhan pemaparan analisis perhitungan statistik pada analisis model struktural dan pengujian hipotesis yang dilakukan kepada produk alat kesehatan milik PT XYZ dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa kualitas produk terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk alat kesehatan, kualitas pelayanan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk alat kesehatan, harga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan pembelian produk alat kesehatan, kualitas produk terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kosumen produk alat kesehatan, kualitas pelayanan terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk alat kesehatan, harga terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk alat kesehatan. Keputusan pembelian terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen produk alat kesehatan.
