Abstract
This study aims to determine: the effect of school facilities on student satisfaction, the effect of service quality on student satisfaction, the effect of teacher competence on student satisfaction, school facilities, service quality, and teacher competence have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on student satisfaction. The research method used is a quantitative analysis method using linear regression equation analysis, followed by determination analysis (R square), partial hypothesis testing (t test) and simultaneous (f test) with a total population of 291 people and based on the method of taking probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique with a precision of 10%, then taken as many as 100 people. The results showed that School Facilities had a positive effect on Student Satisfaction. The dimension of aesthetic factors is dominant and is related to student satisfaction. Service Quality has a positive effect on Student Satisfaction. The tangible dimension is dominant and is related to student satisfaction. and Teacher Competence has a positive effect on Student Satisfaction. The pedagogic dimension is dominant and is related to student satisfaction. Keywords : Student Satisfaction, School Facilities, Quality of Service, Teacher Competence. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : pengaruh fasilitas sekolah terhadap kepuasan siswa, pengaruh kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan siswa ,pengaruh kompetensi guru terhadap kepuasan siswa, fasilitas sekolah, kualitas layanan, dan kompetensi guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode analisis kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisis persamaan linier regresi, di lanjutkan dengan analisis determinasi (R square) , pengujian hipotesis secara parsial (uji t) dan simultan (uji f) dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 291 orang dan didasarkan pada metode pengambilan sampel probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling dengan presisi 10%, maka yang diambil menjadi sampel sebanyak 100 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Fasilitas Sekolah berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Siswa. Dimensi faktor estetis dominan dan berhubungan dengan kepuasan siswa. Kualitas Layanan berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Siswa. Dimensi tangible dominan dan berhubungan dengan kepuasan siswa. dan Kompetensi Guru berpengaruh positif terhadap Kepuasan Siswa.
