Abstract
This research is to know the influence of job satisfaction, transformation leadership and organizational culture towards intense turnover. The object of the research is the employment section in the institutional communication and informatics located in Jakarta. This study was conducted on 35 respondents with this researcher using the method sampel saturated or bias is also called the census method and the data obtained in the analysis by using analysis of PLS (partial least square) technique through SmartPLS.the results of this study indicate that job satisfacation has a significant positive effect on turnover intention tranfomasional leadership has ano effect on turnover intention. Organizational culture does not effect Turnover intention. Keywords : work performance, transformational leadership, organizational culture, turnover intention Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Kepemimpinan Tranformasi dan Budaya Organisasi terhadap intense turnover. Objek penelitian tersebut adalah bagian kepegawaian yang ada di kelembagaan komunikasi dan informatika yang berlokasi di Jakarta. Penelitian ini di lakukan terhadap 35 responden dengan ini peneliti menggunakan metode sampel: jenuh atau bias disebut juga dengan metode sensus dan data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis PLS (partial least square) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil peneltian ini menujukkan bahwa Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Intensi Turnover. Kepemimpinan Tranformasional tidak berpengaruh terhadap Intensi turnover. Budaya Organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap Intensi Turnover. Kata kunci: kepuasan kerja, kepemimpinan tranformasi, budaya organisasi, intensi turnover
