Abstract
This study was to determine the effect of discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Freshklindo Graha Solution The object of this research is employees who work at PT. Freshklindo Graha Solusi This research was conducted on 70 respondents using a quantitative descriptive approach. Therefore, the data analysis used is statistical analysis in the form of multiple linear regression tests. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously, discipline variables and work motivation affect the performance of employees of PT. Freshklindo Graha Solusi. This is evidenced from the results of simultaneous tests (F test). Partial discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while work motivation does not affect employee performance. This is evidenced from the results of partial tests (T test). Therefore, the test results from this study state that there is a simultaneous influence between discipline and work motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Freshklindo Graha Solusi Keywords: Work Discipline, Motivation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Freshklindo Graha Solusi Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja pada PT. Freshklindo Graha Solusi Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 70 respondenre dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan, variabel disiplin dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Freshklindo Graha Solusi . Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji simultan (uji F). Disiplin secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan motivasi kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dibuktikan dari hasil uji partial (uji T). Oleh karena itu, hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan antara disiplin dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Freshklindo Graha Solusi Jakarta Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kinerja Karyawan
