Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of green commitment, organizational culture, green transformational leadership, on employee green behavior in employees within the Secretariat General Work Unit of the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources with work motivation as an intervening variable, which is expected to provide indirect benefits to implementation of go green. The sampling method used proportionate stratified random sampling. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire against 119 respondents who were then analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. Descriptive analysis is used to provide an overview of the characteristics of respondents and research variables, while quantitative analysis is used to test hypotheses with the Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) analysis method. Based on the results of research analysis, the results show that green commitment has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, green transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, green commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior, green transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior. In addition, the analysis also shows that work motivation is a good mediator because green commitment, organizational culture and green transformational leadership are proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee green behavior through work motivation as an intervening variable. Organizational culture is the variable that has the most direct effect on employee green behavior. Keywords: Green Commitment, Organizational Culture, Green Transformational Leadership, Work Motivation, Employee Green Behavior Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh green commitment, organizational culture, green transformational leadership, terhadap employee green behavior pada pegawai di lingkungan Satuan Kerja Sekretariat Jenderal Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral dengan work motivation sebagai variabel intervenig, yang diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat secara tidak langsung pada pelaksanaan go green. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner terhadap 119 responden yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan kuantitatif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk memberikan gambaran karakteristik responden dan variabel penelitian, sedangkan analisis kuantitatif digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis dengan metode analisis Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Berdasarkan hasil analisis penelitian, diperoleh hasil bahwa green commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work motivation, organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work motivation, green transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap work motivation, green commitment berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee green behavior, green transformational leadership berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee green behavior, organizational culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee green behavior, work motivation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee green behavior. Selain itu hasil analisis juga menunjukkan bahwa work motivation merupakan pemediasi yang baik karena green commitment, organizational culture dan green transformational leadership terbukti berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee green behavior melalui work motivation sebagai variabel intervening. Organizational culture merupakan variabel yang paling besar pengaruhnya secara langsung terhadap employee green behavior.
