Abstract
Nowadays, many companies engaged in sales and marketing of products following the activities of the bazaar, to help to introduce its products to market share. Umkm ZainToppas, one of them, umkm ZainToppas is one of the umkm that engaged in the sale of dish cleaning products, deodorizer and floor cleaners. During the activities of the Bazar ZainToppas experienced several problems, among others not only stock products available in the warehouse with stock data, the transaction process does not directly reduce the stock of available products and the absence of information sales staff who maintain the bazaar. This is due to the absence of a system that can manage all activities as the bazaar progresses. Based on these problems, the development of information systems based on Android management using waterfall method, as well as analyzing the problems using the PIECES method and Weighted product method is useful to choose the best employees. Key words: Management Information Systems, PIECES, Weighted Products, Android. Dewasa ini banyak perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang penjualan dan pemasaran produk mengikuti kegiatan bazar ,guna membantu untuk mengenalkan produk-produknya kepada pangsa pasar. UMKM ZainToppas salah satunya, UMKM ZainToppas adalah salah satu UMKM yang bergerak dibidang penjualan produk pembersih piring, pewangi pakaian dan pembersih lantai. Selama mengikuti kegiatan bazar UMKM ZainToppas mengalami beberapa permasalahan antara lain tidak samanya stok produk yang tersedia di gudang dengan data stok, proses transaksi tidak langsung mengurangi stok produk yang tersedia dan tidak adanya keterangan kehadiran staf sales yang menjaga bazar. Hal tersebut dikarenakan tidak adanya suatu sistem yang dapat memanajemen semua aktifitas saat bazar berlangsung. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut di perlukannya pembangunan sistem informasi manajemen berbasis android menggunakan metode waterfall, serta menganalisis permasalahan menggunakan metode PIECES dan metode Weighted product yang berguna untuk memilih karyawan terbaik.
