Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, job satisfaction and job stress on turnover intention of HR & General Services Directorate employees at PT. MNC Sky Vision,Tbk. The type of quantitative research with the total population all employees of the HR & General Services Directorate employees at PT. MNC Sky Vision,Tbk. The sample collection technique with probability (simple random sampling). The sample under study was 116 employees obtained based on Slovin formula. Data analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results in this study compensation and job satisfaction have a negative and significant effect on turnover intention and job stress have a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. F test result is known that the variables of compensation, job satisfaction and job stress simultaneously determine the turnover intention of HR & General Services Directorate employees at PT. MNC Sky Vision,Tbk. Keyword : Compensation, Job Satisfaction, Job Stress, Turnover Intention Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention karyawan direktorat HR & General Services PT. MNC Sky Vision, Tbk. Jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan jumlah populasi seluruh karyawan direktorat HR & General Services PT. MNC Sky Vision, Tbk, pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah probabilitas dengan teknik simple random sampling. Sampel 116 karyawan yang diperoleh berdasarkan rumus slovin. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil yang ditemukan dalam penelitian ini adalah kompensasi dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Hasil uji F diketahui bahwa kompensasi, kepuasan kerja dan stres kerja secara simultan berpengaruh turnover intention karyawan direktorat HR & General Services PT. MNC Sky Vision, Tbk.
